VP of Professional Service
A global career, a personal reflection.
For over 25 years, I was part of the thriving IT services industry at Cognizant, one of the world’s leading technology services companies. I had the privilege of seeing the world through the lens of technology & working with diverse clients across North America, Europe, and Asia, tackling complex client challenges, delivering critical large-scale transformation programs, building high-performing teams & lasting relationships in boardrooms, and delivering solutions across domains.
This journey gave me not just a passport full of stamps, but also a rich portfolio of experiences—solving real-world problems at scale, building high-performing teams, and earning client trust through consistent delivery.
But somewhere along the way, I began to feel a shift within. Despite the scale and structure, I wanted something more personal. I wanted to be closer to the “why” behind what we build. I wanted to see the full life cycle of an idea—from whiteboard to the hands of a real user. I wanted to feel part of a company’s future, not just a contributor to someone else’s roadmap. I began to ask myself: What am I building? What am I leaving behind? Could my work create more direct, meaningful impact?
That realization led me to make a deliberate and bold move, one of the most significant career decisions of my life – joining blueBriX, transitioning from a large services ecosystem to a small, fast-growing digital healthcare product company.
We leverage the power of collaboration to deliver exceptional solutions.

Why blueBriX? Why digital healthcare?
My move from Cognizant to blueBriX wasn’t just a change of employer—it was a change in perspective.
Healthcare is undergoing a revolution, and digital health is at the forefront of this transformation. The intersection of healthcare and technology is transforming the way we approach wellness, diagnosis, care delivery, and accessibility. From AI-driven diagnostics to patient engagement platforms and digital workflows for providers, the way care is delivered and experienced is being redefined.
Unlike many other sectors, healthcare touches every human life. It’s personal. And the opportunity to contribute to a space where technology can make such a visible, tangible diƯerence—was simply too compelling to ignore.
At blueBriX, we’re not just building software, we’re building the future of care delivery, empowering providers, and improving outcomes for patients. That mission resonated deeply with me. Today, I’m not just executing projects—I’m helping shape a company’s future. I’m immersed in the exhilarating chaos of product development, where every feature we design could one day improve someone’s health or change the way a provider delivers care. The sense of ownership is real. The opportunities to contribute are everywhere—from strategy to architecture to user feedback loops.
From execution to ownership.
Working in a product company like blueBriX is a a different rhythm altogether.
In the services world, you deliver what the client needs—often at speed and scale. But in the product world, especially in a fast-growing company, you own the problem. You’re part of discovering the need, designing the solution, and continuously refining it based on real-world impact.
Here at blueBriX, I’m challenged daily to think differently—to wear multiple hats, move fast, and contribute beyond my past comfort zones. Whether it’s product thinking, user experience, platform architecture, or even helping shape internal culture, there are opportunities to contribute everywhere.
And what’s most fulfilling? Seeing your ideas turn into features, and those features create real outcomes—for healthcare professionals, administrators, and ultimately patients. You see your fingerprints on the product. You see your work reflected in the company’s growth.
Is it challenging? Of course yes!, but feeling worth every step.
This transition hasn’t been without its challenges. Moving from a well-structured, large organization to a high-velocity startup-like environment requires mindset agility. But it’s also been a phase of rapid learning, personal growth, and renewed energy.
I’m pushing myself into areas I had never worked in before—and discovering that experience can be both a foundation and a springboard. I feel closer to the product, the users, the outcomes—and most importantly, to the mission.
This isn’t just a career transition—it’s a realignment with purpose. It’s about moving from solving client problems to helping solve human ones. It’s about shifting from services to significance. At blueBriX, we’re building more than just platforms—we’re building healthcare ecosystems that can shape the future.
Looking ahead
As I reflect on this journey—from global IT services at Cognizant to purpose-driven product building at blueBriX—I see a career that has come full circle. From delivering for clients, I’ve moved to delivering for lives. From operating at scale, I’ve shifted to operating with meaning.
For anyone at a similar inflection point: sometimes, the most rewarding move is not up the ladder, but across to a path where you feel connected, challenged, and energized. Don’t be afraid to choose the path that challenges you—and connects you to something greater than yourself. That’s what blueBriX has given me. And I’m excited to see where this path leads next.
